Pricing
How much does a website cost?
The build starts from $799 as a one-off payment. That covers up to 6 pages, every word written for you, Google Business Profile setup and a year of edits and support. Bigger builds are quoted before you commit.
Are there any monthly or yearly fees?
No monthly rent and no yearly fee from me. The only ongoing cost is your domain name, which you pay to your registrar directly, usually a small amount once a year. You own it, so it never depends on me.
What happens after the first year?
Your pick. Leave the site as it is and pay nothing. Send me changes at $25 an hour. Or update your photos, reviews and services yourself through the light CMS, free.
Process
What do you need from me to start?
Your Instagram or current website, or a handful of photos of your jobs. That is enough for me to build the free preview. Later I will ask a few quick questions about your services and areas over WhatsApp.
Do I have to write anything?
No. I write every word from a short chat with you. You read it, tell me what sounds wrong, and I fix it. Most owners spend less than an hour on their website in total.
What if I do not like the preview?
Then you walk away and owe nothing. The preview is free so you can judge the work before spending a cent.
How do payments work?
Nothing is paid for the preview. If you go ahead, the scope and price are agreed in writing first, and payment terms are set out before any work starts.
Ownership and support
Who owns the website once it is finished?
You do, outright, once it is paid for. Your domain, your code and your content. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, I hand everything over. No lock-in contract.
What support do I get?
A full year of edits and support is included. Message me on WhatsApp with what you want changed and I do it. After the first year you can keep sending changes at an hourly rate, or do simple updates yourself for free.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Every site comes with a light CMS so you can change photos, reviews and services without touching code. Bigger changes I am happy to do for you.
Google and SEO
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site is built for Google from day one: page titles, local business schema, a sitemap submitted through Search Console and your Google Business Profile set up. Nobody honest can promise you the top spot, and results vary, but you start with the groundwork most cheap builds skip.
Do you do ongoing SEO?
Yes, as an extra. Ongoing local SEO, like extra area pages and steady improvements, is quoted to the job before you commit.
Will AI search tools like ChatGPT find my business?
Sites are structured so AI search tools can read and quote them: clear services, clear areas, real answers to common questions and clean code. That is the same groundwork that helps Google.
Working together
You are in India. How does that work for me?
Everything happens on WhatsApp. I reply quickly in your business hours, and a lot of the work happens while you sleep, so changes are often waiting for you in the morning. Prices are in your currency.
Which countries do you work with?
Trades and contractors in Australia, the USA, the UK, Canada and New Zealand. The copy is written in your local spelling and the words your customers use.
Which trades do you build for?
Roofers, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, concreters, builders, landscapers, excavation, painters, tilers, glaziers, handymen and plenty more. If customers search for what you do and then call, I can help.
