How do I get the job details?
After each call you get a short summary by text or WhatsApp: the caller's name, number, address, what the job is and how urgent it sounds. You can read it between jobs and decide who to call back first, without listening to a single voicemail.
What happens if a caller asks something it cannot answer?
It does not guess. If a question falls outside the answers you have approved, like a price for a specific job, the receptionist tells the caller you will ring back to discuss it, and flags the question in your summary so you know what they wanted.
Can I use my existing phone number?
In most cases, yes. Calls can forward to the receptionist when you do not pick up, when you are busy, or after hours, so customers keep calling the number they already know. I will check how your phone provider handles it before I quote you anything.
